Corporate wellbeing and engagement

Employee wellbeing is not a perk. It is a business risk.

Your people are not unmotivated. They are under-recovered. Chronic fatigue and low cognitive recovery show up as slower decisions, thinner judgement and quiet attrition long before they ever show up in a dashboard.

Built for companies of 200 to 5,000 people in Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Pune and Hyderabad. Under 200, you talk to the founder directly.

01The stakes

A depleted person still shows up. They just stop thinking clearly.

Slower decisions More errors Regretted attrition Presenteeism

The opportunity

50% of people globally engage with wellness.
3% do in India.

The appetite is there. What’s missing is anything worth blocking an hour in the calendar for.

Forevermark by De Beers · Soho House Mumbai · 6 September 2026

A wellness morning a diamond house trusted with its best customers.

Sharing circle, guided meditation and breathwork, then sound healing, closing into brunch, for 25 invited guests. The Millemoi collection in the room and on the facilitators, no brand speech, one film crew for both brands.

What we ran

  • A sharing circle to land the room, then meditation and breathwork.
  • Sound healing, closing into brunch.
  • A jewellery display built into the space, not beside it.
  • Venue, facilitators, guest list, design and film, one team.

What it gave them

  • A curated room of the customers they cannot reach through paid media.
  • First-hand product experience inside a real moment.
  • A finished film and stills for their own channels.
  • Nothing to run on the day. Their words, not ours.

Their feedback, after the morning

That it met luxury standards, and Forevermark’s own. That the concept, the guest list and the execution were handled end to end, with nothing for them to step into. That it was outstanding.

Shared by the Forevermark team after the event.

Why it matters to you. The same team, the same facilitators and the same bar, run as a programme inside your operating calendar.

And every engagement activity around them.

Movement, recovery, mental wellbeing, women’s health and longevity run as the standing programme. Around it sits everything that normally gets bought from somebody else: the offsite, the product launch, Yoga Day, the Diwali evening, the annual day, the inter-team league. Same team, same contract, same person picking up the phone in December when the venue cancels.

Offsites Product launches Yoga Day Diwali and festive Annual day Inter-team leagues Women’s health Recovery days

Women’s health, held properly

PCOS, menopause and hormonal health are usually absent from corporate wellness altogether, which is one reason capable women leave at mid-career. We run it as a standing pillar with facilitators who specialise in it, not as a session once a year.

05In their words

The room,in their words.

Recorded on the day, by the people who were in the room. 15 voices. Every clip plays as you reach it. Tap a phone for sound, and use the arrows to move through them.

06Root cause

Why corporate wellness is broken, and how we’re solving it.

Root causeBought as an event. Never run as a programme.

So we run it as one. The programme goes into your operating calendar rather than beside it. We take a baseline before the first session and report against the numbers your leadership already looks at. And the sessions have to be worth turning up to on their own, because that is the only version of this that survives a busy quarter.

07How it starts

Start with one team, one quarter.

Start here · 3 months

Pilot

Baseline survey, a first programme, honest reporting.

Half yearly

Growth

A real cadence, with quarterly impact reporting.

Annual

Partner

Every pillar under one contract. Zero procurement churn.

What the baseline and the quarterly report actually are

Before the first session, a short survey of the team: energy, sleep, stress, focus, and how they rate the wellbeing support they get today. The same survey runs each quarter. The report shows what moved against that baseline, who turned up against who was invited, and the metrics your HR team chooses to share alongside it.

A perks platform hands out a discount code.We build the room, and we own whether anyone walks into it.
A studio sells you a session. We run a calendar, with a baseline before it and a report after it.
An events agency delivers one night. We build a format you can run again next quarter without starting over.

08A note from the founder

Pooja Shah, Founder of The Aura House

My mission is to redefine wellness in India. Corporate India is burnt out, and wellness is still not a lifestyle here, which is exactly why it surfaces as poor decisions and low cognitive recovery. The moment a company starts managing employee wellbeing, that risk turns into performance.

This industry is going to boom in India over the next five to seven years. I intend to lead that movement rather than follow it, because wellness cannot happen one person at a time. It has to happen across a workforce, and building that is how I give it back.

You won’t need ten vendors. I build your employee wellbeing and engagement vertical with you, end to end.
